material under headliner question

Where can I find the backing material that was adhered to the roof of a car. It seems as it was some type of felt and it also went under the roof supports. I think they even used the same material as backing in parts of the quarter panels and inside the doors.
Working on a 1964 lemans.
Any ideas on what i should use?
