Help ID this sensor

Anyone know what the heck this is?

There is no hole in it like a pressure sensor. it was in one of the holes the back of the left head on a 400ci, but that doesn't mean it belonged there. also had one wire connector going to it. Again, doesn't mean it belonged there.
