Default Paint for inside panels

Hi guys,

What are you using to paint the inside of front fenders, hood, etc.? I was considering the black DP primer, but I was advised to topcoat that with a urethane for extra protection. Then, I would have to add a dulling agent, which seems overly complicated. Is there anything in a one-step process? I am kinda curious about that Kirker hot rod black.
