From what I can find out the drawing below is what should connect to the light.



I don't have any White/Black stripe wires in either the old harness or the new. There was no wire connected when I got the car. The White/black wire connection could be spliced in to the wire that connects to the passenger door light switch. The passenger door light wire should be close by. (White).

I don't know how the metal tab was grounded by the factory. I can't believe that the metal core in the dash pad would be a good ground. I'm simply going to attach a clip to the back of the screw and ground it since I don't know how the factory did it and can't find any drawings.

A yellow wire near the radio opening would be power for the radio.
