If you look at the drawing above the black wire coming out of the courtesy light makes its way back to a connector near the head light switch. The RH door jam switch also makes it back to the head light switch. I'm baffled as to how this wire was run in my car since neither the OEM harness or the Autowire harness has such a connector. However the splicing into the RH door jam wire would had the same effect.

The White with Black stripe color that I listed came from another post. I was unable to find any reference to the color of the wire in any of my documentation.

BTW the wiring in my car was really messed up, wires cut, spliced etc, it looked like a rats nest, so that fact that parts of the wiring is missing is not surprising.
