400 heads without the front exhaust manifold holes?

What the heck. Do i have to track down an origional exhaust manifold for this head? I think its a 7j2 casting. This motor is a runner, just to install on my lemans so i can cruise this spring/summer while i rebuild my 455. I need some insight. thanks.
