Default 67 Firebird 400 conv. w/AC Need rear springs

There are so many options on the market today that I am just not sure what would work best for my Firebird.
I will be driving the car around town only will not be racing. I want ride comfort and as little wheel hop as possible.
Eaton has the mono leaf springs that my car came with. Does anyone know of how good they are?
Eaton also has a conversion for the 67 firebird to be able to use multi leaf springs. Has anyone tried this and how good is the ride.
Also HOTCHKIS® 2407C - 1.5" Rear Lowering Leaf Springs (Multi) how is the ride with this set-up? Also I have the stock height front spring that I got from Ames would I have to change out the front spring to go with lowering the rear springs?
Thanks guys for your answers, Steve
