Default Front steering parts all different on re-pops

I just bought for my 67 firebird 400 coupe, automatic,no air the inner and outer tie rods, the center drag link, and idler arm. I've researched it and all the parts I bought are different from what was on there, the center drag link is thicker and no joint to attach to the pitman arm like the one i have, the tie rods are straighter without a bend in them, and the idler arm is not straight like what was on it but a sight bend. The adjustment sleeves are at least 2 inches longer also. I've cross referenced to a Camaro and some parts are the same numbers. Do I use the new parts as maybe they are redesigned????
