Not sure if this is the right section, but here goes, I posted some pics of the aluminum trim that goes around the bezel.......Bob Vidan asked a question I always wondered about.

So im enclosing a few pics and maybe someone can steer me in the right direction.

Ive only had this hood off twice doing engines installs, but it always looked like this.

On the pics gaps look pretty good except the front shot..........now on the last pic, that's with me holding the hood down..........and I mean pushing down hard.

Any help here would be great, question is can I raise the front metal up to the hood, or make the hood stay down like im doing in the pic.

Any tips on the adjusting the hood to go down further would be great.
