Default Fuel pump not coming on anymore.

Car ran fine for a few days. Went to start it up and it's a no go. Pump runs when given a direct 12v source.

FUEL RELAY connector: I have constant 12v power to pin 87 on the relay side so that means I don't need to check for a fuse right? However when I turn the key on, pin 85 that should be powered by the ecm does not power up. That means the ecm is not sending a signal right? What do I check to make sure its not the ecm...or better yet what do I check next?
