Jim I have some 6.8 rods for a 4" stroke combo(will be topped by RAIV heads). I know the pistons will be lighter but is that offset by a heavier rod?
FWIW a 400 with better flowing heads (comparable to RAIV flow) like the new aluminums can make 400 hp on a conservative dyno through mufflers with something like a UD 288.296 HFT cam in it.
