Hmm,interesting threads about the sunroof.A friend of mine bought a 1969 Buick Skylark 2dr-ht.The car was equipped with a manual sliding sunroof. The car was made in Oshawa and shipped to the GM plant in Antwerpen,Belgium.I sent photos to the Buick Club in USA and they told me that the car was a fake.I investegated further and voila, they actually did apprx 100 sunroof cars in 1968 and 50 in 1969.WHY? To get the car more attractive to the buyers at that time.A lot of US military folks worked in Europe at that time. And this was NOT like the "Sun-Coupes" that was avaliable in 1972,spec on Buicks.I have`t seen a 1973 Firebird with a sunroof before. But I have a picture of a 1970 Dodge Charger with a sunroof, must be quite rare.
