67 three wire wiper motor overhaul?

Does anyone repair/overhaul wiper motors? I just rejected a repaired one as filthy and half assed repaired and requested another one!

Not a numbers matching vehicle, figure I can clean, paint and repair as well as the one I saw this morning!!

Brushes would probably be needed after 40 plus years?
