Well, at least he has paperwork proving that it was shipped to a Las Vegas dealer... That's rare.
By the way... He lists it as a '78 model but says it was produced 'late' in 1978...so, it's obviously a '79 model...
That's actually the ultra-rare Platinum Silver PRIMER. It looks like it's always had a dull finish.

This guy's probably taken some marketing classes where they taught you how to turn snake oil into "Wonder Elixir".
