1st, your original switch could have been made by Delco or by Boyne. If it was made by Delco it should be white; if made by Boyne it should be blue.

This switch is #7800482 and is the Delco type, and replaces only the Delco type. It fits 67-68 Tempest/LeMans/GTO and Firebird with 3-speed column shift manual transmission, and the same with floor shift, any transmission. It also fits full size models without cornering lights.

This switch also fits some Chevy, Olds and Buick models---I can look-up on request.
