56 wagon disc brake conversion

I have a 1956 Pontiac 2 door wagon that I would like to put disc brakes on. I have read a little bit about Scarebirds brakets and conversion but haven't really heard about the results of the conversion. My question is can anyone tell me about this setup or tell me how well it works or how hard it is to do. Thanks Tim
