Better change sides!
Don't make me sick Enrico Stein on you. (the 6'8" tall, original owner, who is very protective of his car's legacy). :-) Cant beat this for proof: Photos of the car, the two days after he bought in August 1973, with those tires on it. Even has the polyethylene valance, too (the dealer later replaced it when it fell apart) And the PHS. Never did find an invoice in the car though I did look when I pulled the seats to do the heater core. If you go here: http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...=736345&page=8 There is a little discussion on the white letter version of the GR70 radials replacing the whitewall version, late in the model year. That would explain the initial whitewall equipped cars. Since the SD's came out at the end of the 73 production run, they got the white lettered versions.
