Default Spindle stuck?

I finished installing my upper and lower control arms and Moog Springs. The driver's side spindle moves freely through its arc (with a heavy tug) but the passenger side is binding big time. The only way I can move it is by whacking the tie rod knuckle with a dead blow hammer. It is really tight and I don't know what the problem could be. The ball joints moved freely before installing and were well greased also.

Is it possible I need to add more shims to the upper controls arm cross shaft for more camber and this is causing the binding? The only difference is I have 3/8" of shims on the driver's side (that moves freely) and ran only 1/4" on the side that is binding (ran out of shims).

Let me know what you think.
