Plastic repair

I have an extra set of grilles for my 69 Lemans that I've been cleaning up and I found a couple of small stress cracks on two of the mounting tabs. I was wondering what is the best way to repair these I was thinking maybe a soldering iron and gently melt them back together or epoxy them? Has anybody else Had to deal with this?
