Default Hydraulic Cylinder Help needed

Cylinder is an Enerpac 106, simply a 6", single acting cylinder for a 10 ton porta power .

Leaking bad so I put a new Enerpac kit in it this morning. All was a piece of cake until I try to put the screw back in the eye of the spring that retracts the ram.

I'm sure it takes some sort of special tool that I don't have...is there some sort of trick to get this screw back in its' original location or am I gonna have to travel some distance to a hydraulic shop?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Jerry
