Default 63 convertible $?

I looked over a 63 Lemans convertible that a family is considering selling. I ran my hands around the edges of the car and can't find any signs of rust or past rust repairs. No obvious wreck damage that I found, either. I could find only two places where body filler work was apparent, and it was very minor. To my eye, it is a really nicer driver. 4 speed, power top, tach are goodies that caught my eye. Starts and runs fine and smooth, no smoke seen.
I know very little about this generation of cars and what is considered rare and desirable among them. Add to that I have a hard time putting a value to it.
With the little bit that I'm providing here and what the pictures show, what opinions do you have of the car and dollar value.
Thanks for your thoughts.
