Protection Plan & Warranty book

Was looking in the protection plan and warranty book that came with the car.

What is the attached? It is imprinted in the book, Is it the original owners information?

I know per the PHS that it was delivered to a dealer in Parsippany NJ.

I can decipher some of the information: vin, dealer code, engine code, paint code, interior, top color.

Just trying to learn as much as I can about the car.....
