Some of it depends on the provenance of the vehicle and the restoration. A numbers matching, one family owned car from California, restored by one of the top three GTO restoration shops in the country, using all NOS original parts, with a recent concourse gold - might fetch close to $100k from the right buyer - even today I think.
Most cars with run of the mill frame off restorations however will fetch probably around $65k-$70k.
