KRE opened up the chambers on the HiPorts to 80cc for a 10.7:1 compression ratio to be able to run 91 octane. Swapped out the victor intake for a port matched KRE Northwind to fit under a flat hood and we ended up with 608HP & 588TQ. I'm replacing my current 461 with unported KRE dports & stump puller cam (470hp&541tq). Wanted a strong reliable 600hp street engine for my '66 lemans and this combo nailed it. Comparing dyno sheets it makes identical power as my current 461 up to 4000rpm and then it gets fun from there averaging 543hp & 574 tq from 4000-6000 rpm, peak horsepower at 6100-6200 rpm.
