wheel well water shields / splash guards.
Was there any rhyme or reason behind how the splash guards were installed?
On my other thread we were talking about the staples & how they were installed. But now, I compared the the two sides & they are quite different. The left side is pretty clean. The 4" control arm piece was tucked into the recessed edge & had 4 decently aligned staples in it. The rights side was pulled up much higher into the wheel well & has random staples all over the place. I am going to guess its because even thought they came from the same car, they were more than likely stapled by two different individuals. If thats the case, I will go with the cleaner look, but just thought I better ask in case there was some reason for this. Thanks, 68RT
