Radiator cushions
Car is a 79 TA with 403. The radiator is the original 3 core. I was working on reinstalling the radiator, but not sure about the cushions. Below is a photo of the only ones I have for it. I don't remember there being others when I took it apart. These cushions have to go on the top, to hold the top of the radiator from being loose and keep it tight to the shroud. The bottom of the radiator sits inside the bottom of the shroud. It seems like there should be bottom cushions too, but there doesn't look to be much room for any, unless they were very thin.
My question is for those of you with cars like mine. Are you using lower cushions? What do they look like? Did you buy new ones that fit well, and if so, from where? Thanks!
