64 PHS Papers ????????????

Just got the papers on a friends 64 post coupe, Fremont car and wondering about a couple of things. Car is 4 barrel, auto on the column, AC. What is/are B94 deck emblems and F35 HD frame? Did AC cars come with that or is it something special?
