custom rear springs?

Hi Guys, need some ideas, installed all new custom springs. requested +1'' front and rear and the height is perfect, unfortunately I can't get the back tires to level out. Looking for ideas to get the tires to ride flat on the ground again, (riding on the edge of the tires right now).
