Rear Diff Oil capacity
Anybody know how much oil the 10 bolt housings typically hold? I was going to dump a quart in with the GM additive before I put the cover on & then top it off at a later date. Thinking it would be over 1 Qt. guessing ring gear size & carrier type play a small roll in displacement.
Can always put it all through the fill plug too, but sure would be easier & less mess to get close while the cover is off & its in the right position (not in the car obviously)
