CARiD
Anybody ever order online from CARiD? I ordered a power steering pump and they sent me the wrong style for my 69 Firebird. I asked to exchange it for the correct one that's pictured on their website, and they sent me response saying that the manufacturer doesn't want the wrong one back. They said to destroy it and send them pictures, once they get the pictures the'll send another one out and I can throw the wrong one away. That doesn't make any sense to make at all. Why wouldn't they want their rebuilt product back to sell it again? Anyone ever use them and have to exchange a part?
