Default First dib on a true barn find

The term barn find is bogusly overused. but I truly am just waiting on the word of a 1976 or 77 original owner grand prix that is actually in a closed barn and setting for around 10 years and just 3 miles from my house. I can't remember if its a 76 or 77. Its white with a black rear vinyl top and black cloth interior. its unusual in that it has a front bench seat and column shift. ralley II's and in excellent rust free condition. 400 engine. everything original. I got to see it 2 or 3 years ago. the fella passed away and his widow is just reluctant to let anything go. a friend I work with is married into the family and no one wants it or has any interest in it at all, he says when he can approach the issue at the right time, its mine. no idea what she may ask for it but I would love to get it, the 76 and 77's were very popular back then. been wanting a cruiser while a restore my TA clone.

guesstimate on what a fair price for it would be?
