I have my own touchless pneumatic tire changer and electronic spin balancer so I'm always shopping around online for tires.

There are a lot of times I end up at Tire Rack, but sometimes I find a better deal at a handful of other online retailers. It depends, some days Tire Rack is cheaper, while others may have a cheaper price initially, some of them tack on a hefty shipping charge making them not such a great deal anymore. So it just depends on who has the better deal that week for me.

I've tried local stores near me but I've never found any of them that can beat the online prices I've found. Especially when they try to dictate the sizes be all the same or some other odd loop hole for the sales they have. For instance, Big O is having a sale right now, buy 2 and get 2 free, but.....they all have to be the same size, and it's only for certain brand tires, and you have to pay them to mount, balance etc...you can't just take them out the door.
None of that works for me so I move on.

Walmart and Sams Club are the only places that have beat some online prices for me (but not always), and they let me take the tires out the door.
