Most likely, this XH is a 1977 400/180hp, which would have had the small crank hub, meaning no harmonic balancer, and the plastic timing pointer.

Other possible XH 400's are from 1970 and 1973.

The block casting number of 500557 and the cast date codes should clear this up.
