How about a 1948 International KB-5 box truck. This truck was used by the Railway Express Agency, sorta like the UPS/FedEx of railroad freight. My brother bought it off Ebay and had it shipped from the Norfolk, Virginia, area to my door step to "just go over it and fix any of the things it might need." Three years later I am still fixing. Never rebuilt/refurbed anything this old or big, and it needed everything. The engine ran great once I got it tuned and running. Try getting parts for it, you don't, so a lot of fabricating and making things work and keeping it looking original. And my '68 Lemans build has been on hold working on this project. I have posted a more complete story on my adventures and work on the truck if interested in doing some reading. I am at a standstill on the rear brakes - cast iron brake shoes and NAPA just doesn't seem to have any in stock? With many business still closed, I am in need of a fab shop to get a set made in mild steel. Got the shoes 3D scanned for fabrication, just waiting on the world to start moving again. http://oldihc.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=10178
