Long story short, my wife had traveled to Alabama to take care of her mom following major surgery on Jan 12th. She returned home on Saturday evening, Jan 20th. The next morning she tells me she thinks she's coming down with a cold. Because of the covid threat she goes to urgent care Tuesday evening, and has a covid rapid test, which shows positive.
Just because she is a nurse, she thinks she can work at her office in our house, and push through it. Anyone that knows any nurses well, will tell you they are the absolute worst patients ever. She is diabetic so she is much more susceptible to this disease. At this point she thinks she may have pneumonia, and is getting worse each day. I'm very concerned for her health, as well as my own. I last tested negative on Wednesday but as contagious as it is, I'm worried I also may contact it. I'm diabetic, have hypertension, and asthma, doing my best to stay away from her, but living in a 3 BR home is hardly conducive to staying away from the threat. Anyone that could offer up some prayers for my wife Monica, I would greatly appreciate it. This is a wretched disease. Thank you again to all that can offer up prayers for her, it is greatly appreciated. Brad Yost
