Lookin good here, now. Lots of sun. Our thermometers are showing temps well into the 50's.

Lots of snow/ice melting, except where it's shaded from the sun.

Our dog was taking a siesta in the warm sunshine, up against our house, on the East side. When he heard me out front, he came around to see what was happnin. Since he'd just woke up, he had to stretch. First the front end, then the rear end, then he had a big yawn.

Still lots of ice on our Parish & private road. Our mailbox is right at the South end of the Parish gravel road. This is the only time TJ & I can remember that we didn't get a single mail delivery for an entire week. I suppose the rural mail carriers have a choice as to whether they will deliver on the icy roads. OR, the local P.O. may have been closed all week. Don't know, since we haven't been to town this week.
