Here are my measurements from the fronat and rear valley pan seal of the block. on the first dimensions. Second set to a flat valley pan right at the carb pad.
Northwind 7 5/16 / 7 3/8 Carb pad 7 3/16 / 7 3/16 Victor 8 9/16" / 8 9/16" Carb pad 8 1/2 / 8 1/2" So about 1 1/4" I got a Northwind 4500 form Butler a few months ago but had to wait a month or two for it to get to them. My IA/Camaro with a 3" cowl with E heads and a Victor is close with a 4150 but I can get a drop base air filter on it. Not sure it would with a Dominator and for sure with High Ports and Victor.
