Default 26 year barn find factory drive train original 65 GTO 3 speed Coupe

$8,000.00
1965 PONTIAC GTO

Look no further for an unmolested factory born with drive train GTO to include the 4BBL Carter carburetor with factory tag. A rare chance to buy an unmolested original drive train GTO that comes with a notarized document Authenticating this car is what I say it is.

I bought the car two years ago to restore the drive train and necessary parts for a road worthy driver and sleeper, but my brother passed and willed me his 65 Reef Turquoise Goat I will restore instead of this one.

- The floor board has been patch repaired with 1/4 inch fiberglass
- Frame is solid
- Rust in lower portion of front fenders, lower rear quarters, and rocker panels.
- I could not find any major body damage from accidents.
- Remarkably car is very straight.
- Heads and intake manifold restored.
- Block has new freeze plugs indicating the original owner most likely had the block inspected at a machine shop along when the heads were restored. -
- Heads have pitting on the surface.
- Connecticut car most of it's life.
- Stored for 26 years
- Clear title
- DIY and the car could be a safe drive train road worthy Goat I estimate for about an additional $10,000.00...drive as a primered sleeper!
