I've never had a problem with Rockauto that wasn't solved to my satisfaction. They send return shipping labels when I needed to return something which is more than most companies would do. Over the years I've received wrong or damaged parts from most every company that I did a lot of business with. I don't think Rockauto is any worse than the others.
