Holley vs. Edelbrock Carburetors

Gentlemen,

I currently have a Holley 750 vacuum secondaries on my GTO and can get an Elderbrock Carburetor (free) out of the box and am asking for your opinions on which carburetor you prefer. I have an Elderbrock Performer intake manifold on my car.
