Looking for opinions

Replacing all fluids in my 1970 GP SJ....What brand and/or weights would you recommend for
OIL
Power steering fluid
Brake fluid
Transmission fluid
Differential fluids

Not looking for debates on whose ideas are better, just a quick consensus of what you would use....Thanks in advance

I was looking at B&M original Transmission Fluid, after that I haven't made any decisions
