Anyone actually seriously interested in buying any car auction or other should do their homework before they put their hand up to bid, as well check the car out before it hits the block that way no surprises when you paid 6 figures then have buyers remorse.
 documentation is key, inspection also key. Observations from sitting in your living room recliner tells you very little!
