Can't Find Heads for 400

I have been looking for a good set of 6x4 or equivalent for my daughters 400. She currently has a set of 6x8 on a 77 block. I want to get the compression up in order to be able to use the 2802 cam (she wants the thump she says).

Can't find anything in a reasonable price range.

Could I just mill the 6x8 and accomplish the goal for additional compression?
