Default 65 vs 66 Tri-Power

Questions,

Are they interchangeable?

I think the center carb flange is larger, is that true? Is there an adapter plate if running a '65 smaller center carb?

I have a '65 GTO, and I want to get a new tri-power intake and port the intake runners to match the #48 heads and intake gaskets (Fel Pro 1233), which are RAIV size.

I want to do it on a new one, so I don't have any down time on my car.

Thanks,

Brent
