New best for #666
I'm racing this season with a group out of the Dallas area, Texas Nostalgic Super Stock(txnss.com). Season opener was at Wichita Falls Raceway at the Texas Thaw Nostalgic Drags.
Qualified #1 in our class at 7.37 @ 94.56 mph and this was a new best for the car. Unfortunately, lost out round 1 by .040 to the previous 2 year champ. Our class consisted of 8 Mopar's, 1 Chevy and the #666 GTO. Thirteen years and hundreds of passes, the Mick Batson/Les Iden built 468 is still giving them hell.
