I can't imagine how hard it would be to find a replacement, as you are aware even finding a 2 groove version is very very hard!
It is a cast 3 groove pulley, as seen in the close ups I took this morning. And of course I can post any P/N's I find during the project. I see the pulley has what looks like a P/N cast into the lower of the 3 spokes in the picture posted below.
Wow, that is a big chunk of casting for sure.
