Distributor timing curve specs for non stock setup

I have a 253 Dist from 10/68 that I’m going to convert to breakerless. Putting the ‘65 points dist aside.

Looking for specs on this particular dist so I can determine if it has a proper set of weights and springs for my setup.

If not right, is there a good set for what I have listed?

455, 6X-8, Comp cams RAIV cam, ‘68 intake, ‘72 QJet modified, 2.5” long branch, 3.42 Saf t track, M-20 2.56 1st

400 hp, 500 ft-lbs

65 Catalina 2 dr sedan.
