If driving a lot on street, I would suggest keeping things similar to what you have, maybe some intake tweaks to play around with, etc.

I had the setup in my signature with OF 2.0, which I felt was a great street/strip combo and somewhat of a sleeper when running through mufflers, relatively light weight valve springs, etc. Made somewhere around 590hp at crank.

Since my street driving was getting to the point of 30 miles per summer, decided to open the heads around 325cfm and installed the attached cam.

Well, the sleeper effect is no longer lol. Car is noticeably louder, choppier idle, etc. Not radical by any means, but definitely not as pleasant on the street as it was. Of course the same cam with your larger cubes will not be impacted the same way- there are always trade offs with these things.

End result for my 461 is 635hp via the 1.75" headers and T2 manifold while knocking a couple 10ths off the ET.
