Thanks for the link, it was interesting.
I liked hearing the company is building a processing facility in NY to separate and extract the minerals and metals. I'm honestly surprised the sludge (concentrate) isn't being shipped overseas for the chemical operations. The plant in the video was "clean", but the operations to separate the metals and/or minerals is likely a lot "dirtier" with much more risk for human safety and adverse environmental impact. Good to know the economics justify doing it in the US where it will be safer for all. |
