Specifically it's the THM350, code M-38 introduced in 69. Shift indicator has D-S-L and you can see the trans pan in underside shot is the 350.

My comment on the knit weave was that many of the parchment custom trim
seats had non knitweave material in the centers.
All colors but black seemed to have a supply chain issue and were hit and miss as to availability.

Add to this the new norm is to supply a knitweave look alike thats not perforated.
Some Japanese manufacturers also used the real knitweave in the early 70s.
Corvettes used it for many years too.
